I'm on the lookout for a skilled Vite developer specializing in both front-end development and Vite framework expertise. The primary objective of this project is migrating my current platform, currently based on HTML/CSS with PHP Backend, over to Vite/React. Focus on the platform should be on usability, the current platform is overloaded and not user-friendly.

- Essential Skills:
- Proficient in Vite development
- Expertise in front-end development
- Experience with HTML/CSS to Vite/React migration
- UI Design Experience

The existing platform has around 30 pages and is in the style of a control panel.
