Visualize Tracking Log Data (curves and map)

I have boat tracking log data (mysql, typical 5000-10000 lines) with information about speed, current, gps-position, temperature, voltage etc. one line for every second. It needs to be displayed on a responsive website (always full screen) similar to the image shown: curves of data below, map (google) on top. The drawing in the lower part of the screen should be a bit interactive: point the mouse on a spot, a popup shows details and the map moves accordingly. Please use free software / library only! If you are sure you can do it, let me know that you have read this description by telling me the sum of eight and seven. In the top of the screen must be a "hamburger" menu for a list of external links. Example data available on request.
