3D Virtual Tradeshow Project

We are looking for a PHP or Node.js developer who builds a virtual trade show with a registration form at the beginning with an ABN field on it but a way that I can switch this part off when not needed. Also, can we have an option at the start of the registration where an option of a fee with a PayPal account. Just in case if one day we want to have some payable events.
