Virtual Number Script with API Integration

I'm in need of a virtual number script in PHP that can connect to the sms-activate.org API to provide virtual numbers. Additionally, I require the script to have the following features:
- Call forwarding
- SMS forwarding
- Virtual number management
- Ability to receive activation codes
- Option to rent numbers

The project will also involve integrating different payment gateways into the script. To be specific, I'm looking to have PayPal, Stripe, paystack, and flutterwave integrated as payment options.

The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Proficiency in PHP
- Experience with API integration, particularly with sms-activate.org
- Previous work on call forwarding and SMS forwarding features
- Familiarity with payment gateway integration, particularly with PayPal, Stripe, paystack, and flutterwave
