Vinted-Style Buy/Sell Website Development -- 2

I'm looking for an experienced web developer to create a website with the same functionality as Vinted.

The site itself needs to be a similar interface to Vinted or ebay. Ideally not via Ecommerce + apps as they are limiting and expensive.

Key information:

Multi vendor marketplace
Buyers and sellers can communicate with eachother and submit offers
Shipping traceable via the website
Shipping generated via the website
Bundling opportunities for discounts from the same seller
Secure payments via the website - PayPal, Klarna, card etc
Payments not to be released until buyer has confirmed all is ok or within 2 days of the item being delivered
Users must set up an account in order to use the site
Buyer protection fee of 70p + x% when each item is sold
Ability for companies to advertise an event for select amounts of time for £ per day
Users have their own front end interface to manage their stock, activity and messages

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in developing e-commerce or marketplace websites.
- Strong knowledge of payment gateway integration.
- Familiarity with user registration and profile management systems.
- Ability to deliver a user-friendly, secure, and scalable platform.
