Vin Decoder Integration in WordPress Ninja Form using APIs

I want to Automate my form to be more easier to the customer
Step 1 (Required Phase 1 Form):
User will have 2 options use VIN or choose from the drop down list (Make , Model ,Year) both are requested from API Integration from https://stylemixthemes.com/vin-decoder-plugin/
Step 2 It will redirect the customer to the Phase 2 Form which he/she will find all make and model year which was added and once the form is submitted the all information from phase 1 and 2 are saved in the form request

Important Note I am using the Ninja Form and Zapier Plugin intgeration to send the customer information to HubSpot CRM that's why i want to keep the Ninja Form
