Video uploading scheduler creation

I want to find someone who has expertise in creating this application and has done similar apps before.
1, this is a function within my wordpress website, for members who registered and paid us to use. If not paid, can not use the function.
2, help more efficiently upload videos to the selected social media networks with a press action. Such as Youtube, Tiktok, Reels, etc. I can add more video websites in future.
3, we can upload a lot of videos into the app and schedule time to automatically publish onto social networks, something like Buffer, Loomly and Later.
