Video Manager Script - FFMpeg-PHP

It is a little outdated and it's calling for the use of FFMpeg-PHP I get the following error (Warning: ffmpeg-php not installed, some functionality is disabled)...
I need the script updated to perform the same functions using an updated ffmpg command and NOT using ffmpeg-php.
Total it looks like it is called a total of
About 14 times in 4 files within the script.
So it shouldn't break the bank
