Vicidial Cloud Setup

I need a Vicidial Cloud setup for my business. I'm currently not certain about the primary purpose of this setup, however, it would potentially be used for customer support, sales and marketing or surveys and research. Thus, flexibility and scalability are key.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up Vicidial Cloud with a focus on potential multi-use.
- Ensure the system is capable of handling customer support, sales & marketing and surveys & research requirements.
- Build in flexibility for future needs.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with Vicidial Cloud setup.
- Knowledge in configuring systems for multi-purpose use.
- Ability to design scalable and flexible systems.

Please note that I have not yet decided on integrations with other software or tools, but potential integration with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Email marketing tools should be considered. Additionally, I have not finalized the type of reports I want from the Vicidial system, but I would like it to have the capability of generating Call performance reports, Agent performance reports and Real-time monitoring.
