Vehicle auction website development Using COPART IAAI Emirates Auction

We need to have an auction website which collects information from IAAI, Copart, Emirates Auction, including auction prices, text information, Photos, vehicle complete details and let our users bid on those auctions. Probably development of API or web scraper would be required to scrape data and it will be displayed on our website (its ur domain to find out which would work best for us)

Looking for a Person who has done similar project in past, chances of hiring general developers are almost zero so plz don’t waste your bids.
