Vehicle Routing Problem - Google OR tools -- 2

Hi,

for the delivery of rental instruments we need a software that automates the route planning for delivery tours.
We want to host that software on our own hosting package. A delivery dashboard for new tour planning and old tour details is needed.

Source will be a google sheet (option to add data url)
or upload csv list

The van has a certain capacity, so we need to check which combination is the best to maximize a tour.

Use OR-tools from google to handle that task
