Uk Vehicle Information website
Budget: £2 – £5 GBP
Hi, looking to develop a subscription based vehicle information website SPECIFIC TO UK MARKET.
it will serve the need for new customers looking to purchase a vehicle, also existing owners who wants reminders about their insurance, servicing and mot.
You will need to integarte the API's available from few websites, also from the governments free DVLA API.

1. UK Vehicle Database API: Accurate Vehicle Data from VRM or VIN number
2. MOT & Tax API History Database: Make, Model, Fuel, Colour, Last Keeper change Date, MOT Status, Last Test Date, PRS Status, Advisories, Failures, Mileage, Test Number.

6. Vehicle Valuations
7. Vehicle Images from VRM Lookup API
8. Reminders (for MOT, tax, insurance & servicing)
It is pecific to client, one off payment or monthly subscription based, upto client to choose, should show history of account creation, history checks done online and also remaining time or attempts left. should have reminders for mot, insurance and servicing renewels set, specific to email only.
Also the 8 fields i have written above are not specific to all clients, it is either a basic check or an extended check, upto clients to choose when purchasing a one off or subscribing.
the site is plain, not very cathcy or flashy, should be adaptable from all times or digital formats and devices. it will be open for my in house developer to work in fututre if needed. there should be options to contact us by email or filling up a form only. clients should be able to cancel their subscription from their portal, or can email or fill up a form to tell us to cancel the subscription. the website should be able to record activities data for each clients for atleast 6 years, after which manual data deletion request will come into the admin panel.
If you have previous experience in working with a similar model or type of business that would be an advantage.however the developer should have knowledge in working with UK websites in the past, including the subscription management systems we have in here for example; stripe. I am open to suggestions for the website layout and design, but it should be modern and visually appealing from a formal point. The freelancer should have a strong understanding of user experience and be able to create a website that is both informative and engaging. You will need to suggest things you may require for the data safety of the website. please let me know if you need any other details. when bidding please check the information from online and in the process please let me know the minimum hours you may need to process the website.
THANK YOU
