Vehicle Auction Integration for Existing Website

Description:
I have an existing website – vinas.lt – and I'm looking to add functionality that would allow it to display vehicle auction listings (e.g., Copart, IAAI, or similar). I have access to auction data via API ( API we got from third party ), but need someone to handle the technical integration and UI.

What I need:

API integration (Copart/IAAI or similar)
Display vehicles on my site: photos, VIN, price, title type, condition, location
Basic search/filter functions (make, model, year)
Calculator
Responsive and user-friendly design for this new section
Admin control
Tracking
Document signing integration
Payment integration
Optional (nice to have):

VIN decoding / car history integration
Multi-language support (initially English,Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian,Polish)
