Various PHP features for Core PHP Project (US hours preferred)

Hi there. I need someone to do various features for me for a project I'm working on. Simple but tedious things. I'm a developer/coder too, but I'm super busy. So, I need you to make little features on your own (they can be in plain HTML pages) then once I've reviewed the feature and confirmed it's complete enough to copy into my project, you'll send me a zip so I can quickly copy/paste it into my project.
I prefer US hours, but I'm flexible. Also I'm working right now and would love for some of this stuff to be worked on and given to me asap.
Javascript, Ajax, JQuery, PHP are the things I usually make features in. And, I need stuff like:
- A mini carousel slider with back and next arrows (that also works on mobile/responsive) - then assigning the clicked item to a hidden input
- A select dropdown display a div when a certain option is chosen or another div if another option is chosen - stuff like that.
- Also a lightbox or modal that displays in the middle of the screen on desktops, but then slides up from the bottom of the screen on mobile phones. I can show you an example of a site that has this.
