Vapi, Zoho, RingCentral Integration for Property Management

I'm looking to integrate Vapi, Zoho, and RingCentral for my property management business. The goal is to streamline our phone communications using AI agents and a comprehensive knowledge base.
Key Requirements:
- AI Capabilities: The AI agents should be able to assist with customer support, sales and lead generation, as well as scheduling and booking.
- Knowledge Base: The knowledge base will primarily consist of an FAQ section, which the AI agents can reference and use to assist callers.
- Integration: Vapi will be our primary integration point, with Zoho and RingCentral also being involved.
Ideal Skills:
