Vacation Rentals Property Management System -- 2
Budget: €20,000 – €50,000 EUR
Goal:
Develop a PMS (Property Management System) to sale to owners/managers of aibnb’s and tourist resorts (multi-units), which can be charged on an annual/monthly subscription fee model or commission base model.
Function:
Allow owners to create an account, publish a listing and manage their accommodation on a single platform, distributing it globally through the main Ota’s (Booking, Airbnb, etc.) among other booking websites.
Allow agents ( users that manages listings) to create an affiliated account and manage their listings, earning commissions.
Allow guests to book a holiday property in our website, create an account and consult reservations made.
Required: Multi-language platform.
Required: Booking website (main website + 4 different templates for owners to choose from for their property with their own domain)

I am seeking to have a comprehensive property management system developed for our vacation rentals agency with the following core functionalities:
- An online booking system to offer a seamless booking experience directly from our website
- An inventory management aspect, where we can manage the number of rooms each listing have
- A dynamic pricing and availability calendar to allow us to adjust rental prices based on demand and show availability in real-time.
- an integration with Rentals united (channel manager) to distribute the listings through main OTAs like booking.com and Airbnb.
In terms of the payment system, it should be integrated with popular payment gateways such as PayPal and Stripe, so customers can make spaces secure and easy. The final product should be user-friendly, reliable, and efficient for our team to manage hundreds of properties.
Required skills and experience:
- Experience in developing property management systems
- Proficiency in web development
- Knowledge of integrating payment gateways
