VERIFY DATA FROM WEBSITE VIA API WITH PROVIDED DATA ON WEBSITE

Hi, I need help verifying data from a website via API with data provided on an XLSX file. The data needs to undergo a process of checking integrity, such as checking for any mismatched values or incorrect data entries. The final outcome I need is an updated excel file.
This Project was initially done using Excel Sheets, (check at https://www.freelancer.com/projects/excel/VERIFY-DATA-FROM-WEBSITE-VIA/details), but we wish to put this onine on a website for speed and efficiency.
Preferably on Drupal. Others may be considered.
We are willing to share the current version on Google Sheets.
