Vbulletin debugging, SSL implementation and update PHP Version
We have an old Vbulletin (version 4.x) that suddenly only shows cryptic characters. It would have to be debugged once and adapted for a current PHP version 7 or 8. It should also be adapted to SSL. Hoster is Ionos (formerly 1&1).
The included media album should also work based on Photopost.
A professional who can migrate the forum to a more modern forum software including CMS and media gallery in a separate order would be preferred, but this is not a requirement.
This is primarily about debugging the current system and establishing compatibility with a current PHP version.
