VBULLETIN old school forums import - Fatal error: The requested language does not exist

Hi everyone, I imported an old vBulletin 3.6.8 forum, I use AAPanel, PHP 5.2, SQL 5.5.62, NGINX 1.21.0, phpMyadmin 4.0.
I have correctly entered all the database data in the config.php file, unfortunately ... when I open the forum page I get this error:
Fatal error: The requested language does not exist, reset via tools.php. in /includes/class_core.php on line 2871
how can i prevent this error? Can you help me? Thank you
