VAPI Call Forwarding Troubleshooting

My VAPI system has an ongoing issue where calls are not being forwarded as expected. This issue has been persistent and has not been due to any recent changes made to the VAPI configuration or settings on my part.

The ideal freelancer for this project should have:
- Proven experience with VAPI systems & perhaps Twilo (since that's why I'm using for my number)
- Troubleshooting skills
- Ability to fix call forwarding issues.

Using the "Outbound Call" button works. It will call my mobile from that but it won't forward a call from the assistant. It says "forwarding call" but then it hangs up.
