Ussd data collection portal

Develop a system capable of hosting a 4 digit short code to be used for ussd data collection with a back end portal to provide the collected data with dash board metrics.

Mechanics;
* customer walks into one of the stores to Buy any 2 x 10kg bags of either product A or Product B
* Customer gets to a scratch card- scratch to reveal your instant prize or sorry try again
- at the bottom of the scratched off panel is a serial number that should be sent to the USSD code for entry into a grand draw
USSD entry fields are;
