Using Ajax & jQuery to display User Info on front end

I need a skilled PHP and jQuery professional to retrieve and display user data from my server.
Key Requirements:
- Fetch user data (Name, Email, Address) from my SQL table on the server.
- Use Ajax and jQuery to ensure the data is displayed in textboxes on the page.
- The data should update in real-time, specifically when the user modifies an input or inserts a new one (onChange event).
- the codes are already there, need to debug and check why it is not displaying
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in PHP, Ajax, jQuery.
- Experience with SQL and real-time data display.
- Able to create efficient, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
- And able to solve it quickly on call if possible
