Using APIs to Integrate an online classroom software to my appointment plugin for my Wordpress site

This project includes requirements below
1.I am going to integrated ClassIn to my appointment system so that once an appointment created from my site, the data will be sent to the online classroom software, also any appointments update, cancel and reschedule, the event will be reflect to the software accordingly.
2. Sending notification to Buddyboss plugin, in order for accomplishing this purpose, we need to register post type and add some custom code,
