Description:
We are looking for a skilled web developer to build a secure and user-friendly online portal. The platform will allow registered users to log in, fill out forms, upload documents, and complete basic steps such as granting permission and making payments. All submitted information should be visible to administrators in a protected area, where it can be reviewed and forwarded to a partner system (for example, by email).
Main Features:
1. User Accounts
Users can create an account and log in securely
Admins can manage user access and view submissions
2. Form Submission
Users can fill out a multi-step form with structured information
Input checks to ensure required fields are filled in
Users can submit a digital authorization or confirmation as part of the process
3. Document Upload
Users can upload files (PDF, Word, etc.)
Files should be stored securely and linked to the correct submission
4. Admin Area
Admins can view, filter, and manage all incoming submissions
Admins can download submitted data and files
Admins can forward the collected information (e.g., by email)
5. Export / Forwarding
All data and files should be easy to gather and send in one package
Format and method can be discussed (for now, email is sufficient)
6. Optional: Payment & Authorization
Users should be able to complete a payment as part of the process
Optional form or upload for signed permission documents
7. Basic Security
Use of CAPTCHA to prevent spam
Passwords stored safely
Data protected and handled responsibly
Tech Preferences:
We are open to any secure and efficient solution (PHP is preferred). The platform should work well on both desktop and mobile.
