We are seeking a freelance developer to create two separate applications – one for users and another for supervisors. These applications will facilitate a unique user experience by enabling users to complete questionnaires while giving supervisors the ability to manage, correct, and oversee the process. Below are the key functionalities of each application:
**User Application**:
- **Login Interface**: The user application will start with a login interface, where users will be required to enter a 6-digit user code.
- **Welcome Page**: Upon successful code validation, users will be directed to a welcome page displaying a user-specific greeting, such as "Hello, [User's Name]."
- **Add New Task Button**: Users will have the option to click on an "Add New Task" button, enabling them to start a new questionnaire. This questionnaire consists of multiple-choice questions.
- **Questionnaire Submission**: Users can provide answers to the questionnaire, and upon completion, they must confirm their choices, preventing further modification.
**Supervisor Application**:
- **Code Generation**: The supervisor application will have the functionality to generate one-time access codes for individual users. These codes will be sent to the respective users via email daily at 6 AM.
- **User Oversight**: Supervisors will have access to view which users have completed questionnaires and review the responses. The application will record the time and date of each response for traceability.
- **Correction Privileges**: Supervisors can correct user responses as needed, maintaining a record of both the original and corrected answers in separate fields.

These applications will run on Windows and may require additional features to manage user access and data storage.
