User Identity Verification via Stripe

I require an efficient and experienced PHP developer to create a straightforward and user-friendly page for entering email IDs. The key functionalities this page should achieve include:
- Utilizing the Stripe Identity verification API to authenticate the identities of users
- The ability to handle both successful and unsuccessful verification attempts
- Sending a prompt report on either success or failure of verification to a designated Gmail address accounting for secure and reliable communication.
The ideal freelancer for this project should command a strong grasp of PHP along with a demonstrated expertise integrating Stripe API into existing systems. It's beneficial if the applicant is familiar with handling Gmail mail services within applications. Registration with Stripe is already handled and credentials will be provided.
