I am in need of a programmer with skill in both Zendesk and Laravel for the development of a user-friendly flight compensation claim submission website specifically for EC261 claims.
The core goal is to make submitting claims straightforward by:
- Collecting essential flight details (date, time, airline, etc.)
- Gathering passenger information (name, contact information, etc.)
- Documenting flight incident specifics (delay, cancellation, etc.)
The submission form should also allow for document attachments and should automatically calculate possible compensation. The ability to save a claim in progress for later completion is also preferred. The perfect candidate is well versed in Zendesk and Laravel framework. A background in easy-to-navigate web design is a plus.
