User CRM codeigniter to wordpress

Hi I have a CRm made with codeigniter that manages some subscriptions that come from telephone operators.
I am creating, always in codeigniter, an interface through a form, a customer creates an account on a wordpress site that manages subscriptions via the "Ultimate Membership Pro - WordPress Membership Plugin" plugin (https://codecanyon.net/item/ultimate -membership-pro-wordpress-plugin / 12159253).
From this interface, the client enters the subscription number and telephone number which are the fields for contacting the user from the CRM and enters an email and password which will become the credentials to access the wordpress site.
I need help to fix this software to create the user and associate a subscription created and present in the wordpress site with Ultimate Membership Pro - WordPress Membership Plugin "reporting as the expiration date the expiry date reported in the CRM.
