User Authentication Interface + Payment Gateway

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a user authentication interface and payment gateway integration for my website. I prefer the email and password authentication method and would like to integrate Stripe as the payment gateway. Additionally, I require the following features for my interface:

- Subscription Plans: Users can choose from different subscription plans for accessing premium content. The subscription should support a renewal recurring payment.
-User Database: Store users data and miscellaneous data.
-Website API's: API's used to handle and modify user data ( ex: /planInfo , /addDevice ...exct) Should provide some sort of auth protection for API's ( baerer token or similar )

The ideal candidate should have experience with the following:

- Developing user authentication interfaces
- Integrating Stripe payment gateway
- Creating subscription plans for websites.

Please come also with provider and hosts mid scalable that can be used to deploy everything concretely.
