User Panel
Tap 1: Activation (Create a form)
* Zip code:
* Dropdown: Physical SIM, eSIM
* Enter IMEI: if physical SIM, Enter EMID if eSIM
* Enter ICCID; if physical SIM
* Select Plan: Plan 50, Plan 30, Plan 40
* Select Add on (Optional) dropdown: Mexcio and Canada, Noth America (multi choice)
* Email:
* Customer PIN: (must have 6 non-sequential numbers and cannot be any of the following: Sequential (such as 3456789) Repeating (such as 444444 or 121212) The beginning or end of the mobile number.
* Submit
Once submitted all data will be recoded in the database
Tap 2: This will show all the submitted data in table mode. Should have the view button on the left side with eye icon. Once click eye button, this will show submitted data for the specific row. Also add another column says "Status" (this status can be change from admin panel). For default when data submitted show "Pending" then change to "Processing after 3 minutes". Add another columm Phone number (blank as default), admin will add number and submit
