Use python to read text in a image, integrate it to the running php script in woo-commerce Wordpress environment -- 3

Hi, I need someone to write script or use resources already out there to read text (numbers, e.g. 24.2 , 46.1 ) from an image. The numbers is different each time but the image structure is always the same.

I ALREADY HAD ONE AND IT IS NOT STABLE. I NEED A BETTER ONE : READ ACCURATELY WITHOUT USING CLOUD DICTIONARY (It fails whenever cloud dictionary had updated or whatever).

I have attached the kind of image to read.

Those texts will then be integrated with the already written php script. So the text must be able to be pinpoint and become object to use,

For example, according to the attached file:
