Use API Ledger to open webpage after payment bitcoin -- 2

Hello,

Currently I have a bot on telegram that allows you to send SMS via a command.
Customers can only send SMS if they have paid credits.
What I would like is not to use a service like Shoppy or Sellix or other but to use my Ledger wallet directly so that:

- The customer can receive the bitcoin address and pay
- Once the transaction is validated on the ledger then it will automatically credit his kitty in credit so that he can send SMS

The customer by speaking to the bot on telegram must be able to choose the quantity of SMS he wants and this will create the wallet and the exact amount

The amount is credited to the person via the database in Plesk, it's not very hard I can do the page with custom link
What I therefore want is the telegram and ledger API part so that it is managed correctly especially in the case where there are several clients at the same time.
