Usage Dashboard -- 2

We need to have a dashboard developed that records usage of our SaaS product. The code must be in PHP (CakePHP framework) and be a responsive web design. The details on the dashboard will be obtained from two mysql databases: one that records usage details and the second to record user roles and customer details.
