Urgently looking for a CodeIgniter 4 Expert, must be familiar with UPS shipping API

I am looking for someone who is experienced in CI 4 developer to finish the ongoing project, my current develop is super slow ..not able to devote more time ..I need someone who is available full time and can deliver things quickly.

Must be familiar with:

-UPS shipping API integration
-Can host application on AWS environment
-Setup emails and all

I am looking for someone for a long term engagement but candidate must be reliable and reasonable.
