Urgent - Stripe integration with core php website

I have checkout form designed and ready with Form.HTML file. Currently it is in two column format. It would be good if we can convert that to top and bottom form with cart detail about product details on top and billing information and card details in bottom section.
Need to integrated Stripe with my core PHP website for successful purchase through Stripe.
