Urgent - Shopify App Integration Expert

Hi, I have a shopify site olabeachtennis.com - in this product page, I'm using two 3rd party apps simultaneously: Easy Appointment Booking and Easify to schedule and collect data from Easify. However when the orders appear in the order summary only the information from one of the apps (Easy Appointment Booking) is surfaced. I think the information might be available via the Shopify Admin API but in this use case I'm wondering how I could have the data from both apps flow to the order summary page so my team can access the information without the need for API/API pipelines.
