Urgent Semantic Image Segmentation

I am looking for someone who can make segmentation for different photos. I have photos of more than 2000 carpets. I want this in my Joomla website and I want customers to have the option to immediately change the colors of selected parts. So when someone sees the photo he has to click on adjust colors, then I want the blocks/frames to be automatically indicated and the customer can click on the blocks/frames to change the color per block
