Need Expert in Plugin Customization and update website using ACF plugin Expert and Woocommerce

Here is the step to buy paths
To start, the user must have the "popup" which appears to have the choice between "Rider" and "Dealer".
Rider (= BtoC user) with a selection of countries
- >> if the country selection has resellers informed about MAPS -> he cannot order and will be redirected to the maps and not the payment (Dealer)
- >> if the country section does not have dealers informed about MAPS -> he can order with the complete and classic route
Dealer (= BtoC user) there is no need for country selection
- >> this requires registration here with confirmation from the account administrator (user management)
>>> the popup must be redirected to the connection / creation of the account according to the selection criteria
Stripe Payment gateway is required
Points
- Dealer's country will show in map on the whole website
- if a Rider adds in his shipping address a country other than his original selection and that has at least one dealer, he must be redirected to the map.
- Rider who has a Dealer country -> he can't order online, but he will have a map instead, Here he will also have a tab with spare parts. The main difference with a country that doesn't have a dealer is really the card that replaces the "payment" gateway.
