Urgent: Fix Postfix Mail Server Configuration and Gmail Integration

We are looking for an experienced system administrator with strong expertise in Postfix mail server, Plesk panel, and email rerouting and integration.
Our Postfix mail server is encountering critical configuration issues, preventing normal operation. The primary error involves directory permissions related to the maildrop folder, which has resulted in repeated failures of the Postfix integrity check. Despite multiple attempts to adjust permissions and configurations, the issue persists.
Additionally, we require assistance in configuring email rerouting to ensure that emails from our domains are seamlessly accessed via Gmail as the primary client while maintaining our hosted mail server on the Plesk panel.
Scope of Work:
Resolve Postfix Configuration Issues:
Investigate and fix the recurring scan_dir_push: open directory maildrop: Permission denied error.
Ensure proper permissions and ownership settings for all required directories, including /var/spool/postfix/maildrop.
Verify the integrity of Postfix configuration files and adjust as necessary to meet standard practices.
Set Up Gmail Integration:
Configure email rerouting to allow Gmail access and management of mail accounts hosted on our Plesk server.
Ensure proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are set up for secure and reliable email delivery.
Test and verify email sending and receiving via Gmail for all specified domains.

Conduct thorough testing to ensure the mail server operates without errors.
Provide detailed documentation of all changes and configurations made during the process.
Requirements:
Proven expertise with Postfix mail server and Plesk panel.
