Urgent Cybersource Woocommerce Payment Fix

I'm currently experiencing a persistent issue with the Cybersource Woocommerce plugin. The main problem is that the payment processing is not working as expected. It has always been an issue and I need it fixed as soon as possible.

- The payment processing isn't functioning properly
- The issue has been persistent, not related to a recent update or addition of product/services.
- Same plugin is functioning on testing and not funcitoning on production
- on Production the amount is being deducted by the card but not added to Woocommerce terrawallet.
