Urgent E-Commerce Site Build

I need a bespoke online shop built and launched within the next two to three weeks. The site itself can stay visually simple, but the back-end must be solid:

• Core features: shopping cart, user accounts, micro-transaction flow, real-time product updates and inventory.
• Data layer: more than two separate databases—one for products, one for users/orders, and at least one additional store for analytics or logs.
• Payments: full integration with PayPal and Stripe, including webhooks for instant payment notifications and automated refunds.
• Admin tools: easy-to-use dashboard so my team can add or edit products, view orders, and trigger manual payouts.
• Stability: secure code, input validation, GDPR-friendly data handling, and responsive design that works on desktop and mobile.

I can commit to daily feedback cycles and quick decision making, but I need you available close to full-time for the next two weeks to develop, refine, and remain on hand for any critical fixes right after launch.
