Urgent CodeIgniter Web Completion and Optimization
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
CodeIgniter Developer Needed – Urgent Completion of Incomplete Website (Frontend + Blog + Mobile Optimization)
Project Overview:
This is a half-built CodeIgniter website project where the original developer left mid-way. We're urgently looking for a competent developer to take over, complete the remaining tasks, and ensure a clean, professional, mobile-optimized final delivery.
What’s Done:
Homepage: ~70% complete with new design. Needs polishing + go-live.
Blog Page: ~70% complete. New design applied, Images and link needs integration with existing blog content (dynamic).
Other: 18 - 25 Pages
General Frontend: In progress. Needs consistency, polish, and final touches.
Mobile Optimization: Around 50% done. Needs testing & fixing across devices.
What You’ll Do:
Review existing CodeIgniter codebase and identify what's working vs broken.
Finish building + styling the new homepage without breaking backend logic.
Populate and style the blog page using existing blog entries from the database.
Complete all pending front-end work across the site (spacing, UI polish, header/footer consistency).
Make sure the site is fully responsive on all major devices.
QA testing to ensure no regressions and solid UX.
Requirements:
Solid experience with CodeIgniter (v3 or v4) and PHP MVC frameworks.
Strong frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JS, Bootstrap or Tailwind).
Experience with responsive/mobile-first development.
Ability to read and continue someone else's code without whining.
Good communication—this is a high-priority project, and we expect proactive updates.
Must:
Help us deploy the updated homepage live.
Wrap up clean, maintainable code with documentation.
Timeline:
This is urgent. We expect work to begin immediately, with daily progress updates. Project must be completed within 1-3 days max.
Next Steps:
Please apply only if you're confident working with legacy CodeIgniter projects and can handle partial/incomplete code.
Your experience with CodeIgniter projects (links/screenshots appreciated).
A short message on how you'd approach this takeover.
Your estimated timeline to complete the remaining work.
