Urgent Client Management System Development

We are a UK company looking for a skilled developer to revamp our current client management system and migrate it to a new framework. The idea is to create a system that is modern, visually appealing, user-friendly, and can be offered as Software as a Service (SAAS). The system should have the following features:
- Track client visits to salon.
- Manage a list of tanning beds that the client can use.
- Allow client to purchase single minutes or a batch of minutes.
- Track if client wants to pay via cash or card
- Be able to clear all reports from admin panel
We have a current working version of this system, but we would like it to look and feel more modern.
We also want it to be secure with excellent coding.
Ideal candidates for this project should have experience in developing modern, user-friendly SAAS platforms with customizable dashboards. Experience with integrating third-party applications, especially email marketing tools and calendar/scheduling services, would be a great advantage. The ability to design and develop intuitive user interfaces will also be highly valued.
