Urgent: 400 Bad Request Issue with Learndash Plugin on WordPress

I need help with a persistent 400 Bad Request error that all users are facing on my WordPress site. The issue is specifically faced when users access lessons on my Learndash Learning Management System (LMS).
Key Issues:
- The bad request error is persistent for all users, irrespective of their account or browser
- The error does not seem to be linked to any recent updates or changes in my system
-only resolved by using private browsing modes. Clearing the cache with WP Rocket doesn't fix it.
