Upsell page to Opencart

I need someone who can help add an upsell page to opencart. I want to be able to sell more expensive item to individuals who add to cart a product.
When a customer add a product (e.g a ear-ring) to cart and proceed to check out, I want to be able to show them another product like an expensive jewelry for them to add to their cart before they make purchase.
