Upload PDF per order Woocommerce

Hello, I am looking to get a woo-commerce plugin developed where the store owner can upload a PDF file for every order.
The PDF is different for every order.
Also the ability to allow pdf uploads per product purchased.
For example, a user places an order for 3 products under 1 order.
So I can upload 3 pdf files per product.
After uploading the order should be marked complete and an email should be sent with the pdf as attachments.
The pdfs should also be seen in the My account under a new tab 'Reports'
