I have purchased a template from codecanyon... I need to customize it according to our requirements...
To give you a background of what we do first:
1. We are Sporting Events company. We organize sports in the country. Sports that will have either individual participation or team participation.
1.a. In every event we organize, we either give Participation Fee or free-of-charge.
1.b. Either we have limited slot or unlimited participation
1.c. We either generate revenue via Participation fee or via sponsorship fees
1.d. Participation fees has different rates such as member's rate, early bird rate, regular rate for non-members.
2. So far, we have 2 facilities; (a) Dragon Boat and (b) Ninja & Parkour Obstacle Course
2.a. We can provide coaching
2.b. We can provide Rental of facility
3. We have Members, where they pay for membership fees (monthly or annual) at a discounted rate
4. We have Walk-ins where they pay for the regular rate
5. In our program, we have several reward system to the members such as if they loss weight or if they are frequently renting from us, etc
What is the template I purchased?
1. It is difficult to find booking system in the internet, where guests can place their bookings of their rental of our facility, or book with our coach.
2. after long search, I finally went for the Xain Hotel App because it has the booking and some admin app such as HR and accounting system, etc. This app has different login as well ie for guest, for reception, etc.
3. There are other good apps as well like Gym Master - Gym Management System; but it has no HR and accounting much.. But this app has membership; but it has reward system for the members and event calendars.. which can be easily adapted to the purchased system.
