Upgrade existing site & realize screendesign with joomla

We need someone who can realize our website in joomla 4!
We have existing joomla 3! website (clazz.grnstn.de) which needs upgrade incl components

there are this pages:
- Home (there is screendesign)
- News (there is screendesign)
- Order page (no screendesign yet)
- Events (need event function, design is included in homepage)
- About (there is screendesign)
- Projects (no design yet)
- Music (is included in homepage)
- Login/Lgout
- Engage (there is screendesign)

So you can use joomla functions except event plugin. There we have not choosen a plugin yet.
