Upgrade dotProject PHP script to latest version to resolve error. -- 2
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
This project is to UPGRADE an existing install of dotProject http://sourceforge.net/projects/dotproject/.
My host recently upgraded my server from php 5.4 to php 7.3 which runs an older version of dotProject and the script stopped working, currently gives this error.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function session_register() in /home/account/public_html/projects/includes/session.php on line 210
After reading dotProject's forum it's determined the older version of the script I have installed needs to be upgraded several versions ago and now especially with the php 5.4 upgrade.
Need someone who is familiar with dotProject script maintaining, installing or upgrading is PREFERRED.

It's very important that the existing database and data is not lost, this is not for a new install but to take the time to upgrade using dotProject's upgrade instructions linked above.
I could probably follow the steps myself but I'm a very busy person and I'm sure an experienced person with this script can do with upgrade within an hour.
