Upgrade back-end server (Laravel, PHP, MySQL) for Muly code canyon script & maintain minor customizations

Searching for a developer skilled in PHP, Laravel and hosting by Digital Ocean.

I need some help to upgrade the back-end and admin panel (PHP Laravel hosted on digital ocean).
The successful developer will need to SSH into server to perform the upgrade, following a process such as this https://starthub.gitbook.io/muly/update-server#lamp-or-lemp
However, we also have 3 x APIs and minor DB customization to maintain – so this will need to be accounted for. Developer will need to download this from digital ocean.
This is a very small project, but I will be doing future customization work. So I am also looking to create a relationship for future work.
